- Project Management and Development Advisory Services: With extensive experience involving urban mixed use projects (retail, office and residential), large scale (300 acres to 14,200 acres) master planned communities (MPC) including golf communities, we can assist owners by enhancing the value of their assets through disciplined project management. Our skills include acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, project management, land use strategies, valuations, planning, development programming, financial analysis, entitlements, financing and structuring developer joint venture.

- Parking and Real Estate Connection: One of our long time alliance partners is a leader in the National Parking Association (NPA). Colonial Parking, Inc. of Wilmington, DE has over 50 years of parking management, development and ownership experience with operations in Philadelphia, Wilmington, DE, Baltimore and Washington, DC.
- Distressed Assets and Debt Advisory Services: Provide lenders, borrowers, investors, accounting firms and financial advisers with due diligence and resolution services involving performing, sub-performing and non performing commercial and residential loans with special expertise in land loans.
